Blue Inductive GmbH - Stand 1025
Blue Inductive was founded in 2015 out of the world-class research institute Fraunhofer ISE, and has been commercialising its first product – the etaLINK3000 – since 2018. This 3kW wireless charger for electric vehicles is suitable for AGVs, robots and forklifts in industrial environments, as well as a number of other small electric vehicles.
It allows vehicles to simply and autonomously stop close to the charging station to recharge the batteries. The system is a contactless design and is fully enclosed with an IP protection class of IP65, so that it can be used and installed in any kind of rough and demanding environment. The water- and dust-resistant design makes this charging system perfectly suited for industrial, agricultural and construction vehicles. For optimised charging of lithium-based batteries, a CAN interface is included in the system to communicate with the vehicle’s components.
The charger features a charging voltage of 15-60V, with a continuous 60A current. It can operate at full power in temperatures up to 65°C and has an efficiency of more than 90%. Since the initial product release, nearly 100 systems have been installed in the field, including with major industrial players across Europe.
