Safety controllers for mobile machinery
Inter Control
Inter Control will exhibit its portfolio of safety controllers for mobile machinery. The Digsy Fusion E is a PLC for basic applications. It has an e-stop safety function according to DIN/EN/ISO 13850, enabling the classical e-stop safety relay to be omitted and the wiring simplified. It meets Performance Level B according to EN ISO 13849-1 for further control functions.
The Digsy Fusion S PLC for midsize applications is scalable to up to 240 safe I/Os and meets Performance Level D, category 3, according to EN/ISO 13849. It offers interference-free separation of safe and non-safe functions, with ethernet and USB for simple data exchange and uncomplicated updates.
The Digsy Fusion S-P PLC for high-end applications features a performance board for more computing power, in addition to the features of the Digsy Fusion S. It uses an OPC UA protocol for simple transfer of typical machine data and has an integrated web server plus 4GB of memory and eight CANbus interfaces.
