Lena Beckmann

With more than 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, Dr Lena Beckmann joined Webasto in 2022 as head of product management battery and e-thermal management and stepped into the role of director in 2023. She worked for one of the biggest players in the automotive supply industry. She started her career as development engineer and project manager in light electric mobility and has considerable expertise as a product manager for connected mobility solutions. After being head of technical service and support for Central Europe she decided to move back to her passion of electrifying the mobility of tomorrow.

The presentation will define the challenges in the electrification of off-highway machinery – amongst them operating time, high energy requirement, complex vehicle installation spaces. We will show which solutions Webasto can offer, to overcome these obstacles. By using customer examples, we would like to illustrate the latest Webasto solutions for electrification purposes.
