To meet the increasing demand for zero emissions, Bosch Rexroth’s eLION high-voltage portfolio provides a variety of solutions, from hybrid to fully electric. The robust, scalable, safe eLION range consists of motors, inverters and gearboxes, as well as onboard chargers, DC-DC converters, and LV or HV cables. The products operate at a voltage range of 270-850V DC with a performance from 20-200kW nominal power.
Bosch Rexroth is also driving the digital transformation with BODAS (Bosch Rexroth Digital Application Solutions) – an open, scalable, easily accessible three-part ecosystem.
BODAS Hardware includes control units, sensors and human-machine interfaces – freely programmable or with holistic control software.
BODAS Software covers the development and maintenance of application software, as well as Drive, Work and Aux Control solutions. Customers can download and customize the software, then decide what they want to use and only pay for what they need. The software offers the benefits of partial and conditional automation control functions, supported by optic and haptic feedback elements for intuitive machine operation.
BODAS Connect comprises high-end to low-end connectivity units and an open device and data management stack to meet the demands of different user groups including rental businesses, dealers and OEM engineering and service organizations. It offers security from end to end including device management, the Bosch IoT Suite, data handover to individual IoT solutions, and transfer into the ERP.
