The perfect PDU for high-voltage industrial applications
Carling Tech

High-voltage PDU showcase
At IVT Expo, Carling Tech’s Littelfuse 1,000V HV PDU showcase will provide insight into the company’s high-voltage power distribution capabilities targeting electric commercial vehicle architectures. The showcase PDU will outline Carling’s expertise in engineered system solutions that provide commercial vehicles with robust protection, control and monitoring. Incorporating Littelfuse custom-developed high-voltage fuses and contactors will meet your application needs and keep commerce moving.

Electronic switching products
Compliant with SAE J1939 CAN standards, Carling Technologies’ latest electronic switching products are off-the-shelf solutions delivering superior performance and improved vehicle efficiency. The VM-Series is a sealed multiplexed operator control module developed in conjunction with the globally successful Contura V-Series switches. The CKP-Series is a customizable keypad featuring up to three light indicators per button with multiple color options. The CLTM12-S is a solid-state load controller with four digital and three discrete inputs and 12 high-side outputs. This compact, easy-to-install unit provides superior load control performance and improved vehicle efficiency. Together, these components provide a highly efficient, off-the-shelf solution for off-highway equipment manufacturers.

High-voltage DC contactors
Littelfuse is once again expanding its relay products portfolio to enable design engineers to incorporate high-voltage relay switching into a range of high-current and high-voltage applications, including commercial electric vehicles (CEV). The DCN series of contactors enable safe, reliable and efficient high-voltage switching thanks to a magnetic arc blowout design, coil economizer and polarized and non-polarized contact options. The product expansion positions Littelfuse for continued growth within electric vehicle and alternative energy markets.
